Method

Baladeau is a novel water-based health method.

This innovative and easy to apply system is based on a continuous hydration of the body.

This health method is meant for everyone: men, women, the young and the older, but particularly for the elderly as well as for those suffering from an illness or even several illnesses, which they hope to heal and who are moreover afraid of having to go too often to the toilet during the day or even at night.

The Baladeau method is described in detail in the booklet “Time to Hydrate !” by Dr. Sibyl Baladi (to be published soon).

This short book details the concepts of the original water-based health recipe, unveils several diseases generated by the lack of water, mentions the medical and financial benefits of this new hydration mode and presents the advantages and disadvantages of some drinking water.

To hydrate is to live ! To live is to hydrate !

So, let’s hydrate, thanks to this new water-based health method !

Biochemist by training and expert in protein chemistry, her research has focused on the study of essential proteins, particularly those involved in inflammatory diseases.  Sibyl Baladi carried out her analyses in several research laboratories of Swiss, French and American universities (e.g., Geneva University Hospitals, Clinical Immunology and Allergology Laboratory and Medical Center in Switzerland;  Cochin Hospital Port-Royal in Paris;  Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California), as well as in several laboratories of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies (e.g., Bayer US, California;  GSK, plc;  Novo Nordisk A/S;  Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.).

Dr. Baladi is the author of numerous publications, analytical methods and patents.

Thanks to the knowledge gained through her personal journey and years of working in hospital research laboratories and pharmaceutical analytical methods laboratories, Dr. Baladi has developed a comprehensive approach to hydration so as to help improve health.
